31/12/2008 : deadline by which the laureate and the finalists will be informed of their selection
01/02/2009 : deadline by which the laureate must have sent the piano reduction of the orchestral score
01/04/2009 : deadline by which the laureate must have sent the orchestral material
18/05/2009 : orchestral rehearsals begin
22/05/2009 : press conference
25/05/2009 : premiere of the work
02/06/2009 : awards ceremony
